Hyatt Place Memphis Wolfchase

old property, never expected it from Hyatt. We pay the high price so we can get good rooms , Good Bathrooms, NOT THE OLD STUFF.

VERY OLD ROOMS, CARPETS, EVERYTHING.

Very spacious room. Super comfortable bed.

No microwave in the room.

Good location, clean and very comfortable room/bed. Front desk person that checked us in was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast didn’t begin until 7am and several people were waiting on breakfast around 6:30/6:45am. An early breakfast start time or basic items available prior to 7am would be appreciated. I was looking for coffee early but it was all gone. The lady preparing breakfast was rude and talking badly to another employee about the guests waiting for coffee and breakfast items prior to 7am.

Size of the TV the set of the room was very spacious

The pillows on the bed were to soft and no microwave

I like this location. It is in walking distance of shopping and restaurants. I also like the size and the layout of the room (double beds with sleeper sofa and work space).

Our first room had black mold in the bathroom. We requested and was moved to another room where the vanity sink's stopper was stuck shut so the water would not drain. The refrigerator had been turned off (I assumed to defrost) and water had soaked the carpet around the refrigerator. I feel that if the room had been properly cleaned, these items would have easily been discovered.
