Easy to get to.

They charged me $100 USD for my pet fee. Totally outrageous. Not mentioned when I signed in. If the rooms are in fact being specially cleaned after a pet visits it sure didn’t look like it. The carpet in our room was filthy with big stains.

I received a text message the evening before I was scheduled to check-in! This is during the height of multiple events in the area and multiple sold out hotels! I had to scramble to find a room in another location! I was not given anything but the run around when I inquired about why my room was canceled!

Location, cleanliness

The day of check-in someone called me from the front desk asking me if I still planned on checking in and I needed to have been there by 10pm or I ran the risk of my appointment being canceled. I traveled from SC to Memphis and made it in town just to be rushed to the hotel to check in so we didn’t lose our booking.
