Tessa checked me in and was extremely friendly and made me laugh. I appreciate her! From that moment on, I noticed the parking lot had potholes so deep and large that could flatten a tire! Needs to be fixed pronto. Management could be more friendly and smile at their guests. The bathroom door in the room I was staying in was the worst door I have ever seen at a hotel. It needed to be completely replaced. Was in shock that they left it hanging as it was damaged so badly. This was a business trip so I only stayed one night.

It’s a really nice property and the staff are very courteous and helpful. As I drove up, the road condition had me worried about the hotel, but the hotel was very nice. Room is clean and tidy. I had a nice, though brief, stay.

I don’t want to veer off into some obsessive/compulsive area, BUT I did notice that some of the elevator up/down arrows in the hallways are working and some aren’t. Small issue of course, but better to fix things like that immediately. The road leading to the hotel is #$^& but I suspect the ability of the hotel owners to get that repaved may be limited.
