Value, price was good

1. No soap in shower. 2. Only one ice machine in facility. 3. Breakfast was weak

BREAKFAST ATTENDANT COULD OF BEEN MORE ATTETIVE AND MAKE SURE THINGS WERE FILLED ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS ONLY 8:30 AND EVERYTHING IS OUR AND BREAKFAST IS SERVED TILL 10

THE FACK THAT i BOOKED A ROOM FOR 3 ALDULTS AND ONLY HAD ENOUGH TOWELS FOR 2

It is in the back of a parking lot you can see it from the freeway, but you have to drive thru a shopping strip to get to it. I felt out of place I did not see anyone my color. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. Do not walk around the room without shoes on. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you want to use the bathroom. I had mold in the shower and above the door leading to the room. I was on the second floor and never knew where the ice machine was. There was not one on the second floor. For 1 night it was $132 a little more than what I wanted to pay for what I got.

Bathroom too small. One can barely turn around in the actual toilet area. Shower was roomy. No shelves in shower to hold toiletries, had to set them outside on the floor. Water backed up in the shower to the point it was covering our feet. Hotel is very dated and has a musty smell. I love Hyatt hotels but this one could definitely use a refresher. When we got to the room air wasn’t turned on and it was very hot and humid in the room. Even though it’s still an older air conditioner unit and not regulated on the wall, it did cool off fairly quickly. Only two USB plugs in the room on one side of the bed, rest was three prong. Definitely not made for newer technology. There is no bar per se that you can go sit and have a drink. It’s all connected to the check in desk. They have a few varieties of beer and a faux margarita but no wine or anything like that. Wasn’t a big deal for us, we just are used to the ones that do have a bar area to have a glass of wine before going out to dinner or coming back in. Shower was somewhat dirty and not as clean as we are used to. It was mostly the corners so we made it work. Gets very musty in there because it’s so small, so some could actually be mold due to ventilation. I didn’t investigate it that close. There is a small shelf at the bottom to prop your leg up to shave so that was a plus. The plus side is the beds were comfortable. The pillows not so much but the bed was. Full disclaimer, I am retired now but worked for Hyatt in management including start ups from the ground up, so maybe I’m being a little too picky, but this one just didn’t measure up to what we’ve been used to.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not real eggs and poor choice of fruit.

We chose to have room cleaned every other day and no one cleaned until the last day when we were leaving .
