The place is excellent, very clean, and the location is really good.

The host’s communication could have been more polite. After checkout, we were asked about a tax that was not clearly explained during our stay, and we were also requested to share bank card details, which I felt was not a secure option.

The apartment was larger than we expected and was able to comfortably fit our kid in a separate room from us. It was a super cute apartment with two full balconies and very easy to walk to downtown Garmisch, only 10 mins away.

I had to work remotely while I was there and the wifi was awful. The hosts did try to fix the issues, but the wifi kept failing us. The apartment also lacked basic sundries. There was no salt in the kitchen (we ended up buying some and leaving it there), no soap in the bathroom and barely enough toilet paper for our entire stay.

Die Lage, der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, der reibungslose Ablauf ohne persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vor Ort.

Die Raumaufteilung ist ungünstig, das kleine Zimmer hinter dem Bad ist ohne effektiven Nutzen! Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist vom Liegekomfort her definitiv eine Zumutung für Erwachsene! Insgesamt war es für unsere Zwecke ok (Wanderwochenende mit 4 Freunden), für einen Familienurlaub wäre es aber zu klein und zu unkomfortabel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher schlecht.
