The location was good. We could make meals as a family and enjoy the beautiful Bavarian ambiance.

We had some miscommunication with the proprietor the first day but I thought we left on good terms. He insisted that we booked the accommodations for 4 adults and one child (0 years old). I showed him to note received on January 7th, 2025 that we were a family of 4 adults and 2 adult children. He claimed that he hadn't seen that note, even though he gave me the information from booking.com himself. We did not pick up the tourist cards so didn't fill out the forms. We paid in full on April 4th 2025 and the 7% VAT was included.

We love the spacious apartment, the view is beautiful, centrally located, good host

The only drawback is the size of the bathrooms but we have stayed here before and it works fine for a short stay

Close to ski lift and apartment was clean.

The location could not be any better. A short ten minute walk (in ski gear) to the lift and rentals in one direction and plenty of restaurants in the opposite directions. The apartment is a little dated, but in good condition. Stay here.

The interior is dated and some of the furniture seems randomly placed with no flow. It could use an update.

Be aware - doors are self-locking - don't leave keys inside the apartment if you go in ex. take thigs from car (like we did). Kitchen should be equipped at least with basic condiments - salt/pepper - there was nothing.

Walking distance to the skiing and train station.

The small step to the toilet. Hurt my toe in the dark twice 😐
