Noise between rooms. Tub had very slow drain.

Breakfast was good and hot

My room was already occupied, had to wait three and a half hours for room to be ready.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the only thing the staff did was bring in an ozone machine that made it even worse. It was very noisy until about 3 am when my wife and I were trying to sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable as well.

Quite a nice hotel, staff ok.

Arrived, check-in process was easy. Got to my room, unloaded all of my items and left to attend a wedding. Got back to the room and my key didn't work. Four tries later it was determined that my door was broken. There was no maintenance on site, no manager on site, and no way to get in my room. Needless to say, my required medication was not accessible, nor was any of my belongings. I was provided another room to sleep but had none of my belongings with me, including my medication.. My room was not opened until the following morning. I am supposed to receive a full refund but have not heard from anyone yet.
