Sleep Inn Baxley

Breakfast was okay. Bacon and sausage was overcooked and hard. Eggs cold. Otherwise it was good.

Don't like charge for early check-in. If the room is ready, let us in.

Very clean and comfy bed. It was just what I needed for staying near family over the holidays!

Since it’s essentially the only hotel in Baxley, it’s refreshing to see that the employees are nice and the hotel continues to remain clean and in great physical condition. The walls in the room are paper thin, but other than that, this hotel is pretty good for a short stay. No complaints.

Was good door key battery didn’t work with our keys and went down and was given a new room

Clean room, courteous personnel at checkin and out. VERY comfortable bed!

Cleaning staff were in the hallway too early and too loud. They were not being conscientious of travelers trying to sleep. Coffee machine was out of order for morning coffee.

Entire room had a musty mothballs smell. When asked to change rooms, they were full and told us to open the door to the hallway air out the room. Windows do not open... The hallways smelled like warm chlorine. This hotel isn't even 5 years old and it's already in disrepair. Coffee machine in the lobby was broken. TV was fuzzy with lines running through the picture. The back panel of the closet was dislodged exposing the shower plumbing and 2x4 framing. This hole allowed smoke to waft into our room from another hotel room where people were smoking.

Looks like it was older that only a few months. Shower head had black mold growing in it. Carpet was stained in several places. Breakfast was terrible. TV remote did not work well even after new batterys were installed and was told they did not have a replacement remote.
