Quality Inn & Suites Mt Chalet

Very good. It was served in a timely way and satisfied our expectations. Nice variety of food and drink, and the coffee was excellent. There was no sausage or bacon, but overall the breakfast was very good.

The heater kept cycling through when it was turned up to 72 degrees, making a fairly loud noise through the night. More of a annoyance then major issue, but it should be checked.

Bed was too hard

The selection was limited but it was not a consideration in the booking. The coffee in the lobby was excellent.

We had to depart a day early. Since the reservation was made through Booking.com it required some back and forth calls since the AI chat system could not handle the issue. But in the end, proper credit was issued. Next time I'll call the motel direct for reservations. The purpose of the stay was for trout fishing which is subject to varying weather conditions. It was a good value for the purpose.

The breakfast can definitely improve. On our second day there we got breakfast elsewhere

The toilet has difficulty flushing at times. Mattress was too hard.

Toilet leaked and difficult flushing. A/C sounded like it needed to be replaced. Bed was uncomfortable-too firm and I like firm.
