JOIVY Perfect Location! - Stylish & Cosy Rose St Apt

It was a lovely apartment with everything we needed. Great location and very comfortable.

There was a buzzing sound outside the bedroom window. I think it may have been a generator. This is the only thing i didn't like. I think earplugs would dull the noise perhaps.

Location is great

Instruction about lock key - no specification which one is from the flat, there where 6 - we spend quite a long time to get in and nobody answer the given phone number

clean, stocked kitchen and the offer of stocking up the refrigerator for breakfast!

a little noisy from the pubs/nightclubs outside but not unbearable

Very close to everything in central Edinburgh, nice, cozy, comfortable flat with all provided and very clean

The bar downstairs had live music on Fri and Sat night until 2 am, with lots of loud people :( reasonably quiet on other nights

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a great location near Edinburgh castle with lots of restaurants and pubs .

Apartment was not cleaned from previous renters , dirty sheets , towels and their trash . I had to go out for two hours after I arrived while cleaners came . Not ideal in a rainy Edinburgh after a long trip to get there . Renters promised a refund on cleaning fee to which they never did and now ignore my emails and text . The location is good , the view out into the store back alley is disgusting , trash everywhere in the alley .
