La alberca para niños y la cercanía de las instalaciones como los sanitarios a la playa porque hay otros hoteles que queda muy retirado

Llegando la habitación que nos asignaron estaba como el aire acondicionado que tienen son muy antiguos estaba goteando y ya había tremendo charco, en lo que nos cambiaron de habitación tardaron casi una hora y nuestras maletas las tenían en resguardo "según para nuestra comodidad" pero no podíamos cambiarnos y como viajamos con niños pequeños lo primero que quieren hacer llegando al hotel es meterse a la alberca, cosa que no se podia por la ropa, segunda situación que todo el primer día desde que llegamos solicitamos una cuna para nuestro bebé, tuvimos que pedirla como 6 veces porque no llegaba.

La ubicación bien, si es que tu viaje será en autobús y llegaras a la estación Costera, caminando en tiempo.

Los alimentos en las diferente partes, desayuno, comida, cena. A pesar que es hotel todo incluido. Comes lo que hay y/o sobra, no lo que gustas, por lo general se acaba y la reposición es nula, hubo un día que ni platos limpios había para servirte. Y aun no es semana Santa. Y lo pobre de los elevadores, en la torre nueva, siempre solo uno en uso, imposible bajar y subir en tiempo.
