Bebidas parecían agua, muy limitado este aspecto, el buffet estaba fatal, la variedad de muy muy bajo costo (deplorable), los meseros parece que te hacen un favor, mucho tiempo de espera para un check-in, pésimo que aparte de que acudes te cobren el estacionamiento, sin toallas en baño.

El concepto es padre, la comida estuvo muy deliciosa.

La recepción no fue cordial por parte de la persona que nos atendió y fue la misma que nos hizo el check out. La atención de 2 meseros no fue de mucho agrado.

La alberca para adultos, mucho mas tranquila. El personal en general muy amables.. También me gusto que nos dieron habitaciones en la torre nueva o mas reciente, Habitaciones cercanas, una frente a otra como en un cluster privado con excelente vista al mar, cómodas y de buen tamaño.Me encanto la atención que tuvieron del pastel y las mañanitas para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Gracias.

La alberca principal mucha gente.Uno de los elevadores de la torre nueva no funcionaba y eso hacía el trafico mas lento para poder subir o bajar de la habitación. Me gustaria mas variedad en los menús todo incluido. Incluso estaria excelente que tuvieran restaurante de especialidades internacionales. Peto en general bien la comida. Buen sabor.
