No es el tipo de vacaciones y hospedaje que nos acomoda. Muchísima gente. Ubicación no placentera para nosotros. La calidad de la comida no es la mejor.

Hubo liberación de tortugas.

Hay reglas que no se cumplen. Los camastros están apartados pero ¡Vacios! Es decir, la gente va y avienta toallas, sandalias, etc pero no están allí, aunque hay letreros y se menciona varias veces, se le dijo al personal pero dijeron que no podían hacer nada, o sea, no pueden ni quieren supervisar, está lleno de hormigas porque exactamente por falta de supervisión la gente deja vasos con bebidas a un lado de los camastros. La gente deja sin supervisión a sus hijos, son niños mal educados y sucios y no hay nadie que les pueda decir nada, los papás bien gracias y el hotel igual. ¡Qué desagradable! Los recepcionistas son pocos, hicimos el check-in antes, de la hora y al volver por la llave, una fila de 1 hora, lo más ineficiente que he visto, tienen una fila "check in express" para reservas en linea y no sirve... O sea, puro cuento. La comida, básica. No había marisco, comida a veces sosa, los postres no son ricos, las personas que están en las planchas son roladas y cómo puede tocarte alguien amable te puede tocar otro payaso que casi te avienta la comida. Total decepción.

Los espacios infantiles, los chapoteaderos todo muy cuidado y limpio.

Tuvimos en 2 ocasiones con diferentes meseros un trato cero cordial y hasta caras de fastidio, entendemos que pueden estar cansados o con un mal día pero eso no es justificación para tratar a los visitantes mal, el resto del personal fue amable, atento y se ganaron su muy buena propina.
