•El aire acondicionado no funciona en el cuarto. •Los elevadores no funcionan correctamente, están con nosotros 3 personas de la tercera edad, nos pusieron en el piso 7 y ha sido complicado movernos. •No se avisa de las fiestas y bandas que tocan cada noche y el ruido es demasiado para dormir. •Wifi no funciona. •Los cuartos y edificio en general necesita mucho mantenimiento. No se siente limpio y está muy maltratado. •No tiene room service.
