The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As required by Indonesian Government, all guests must scan on Peduli Lindungi QR code that’s available at the lobby area. For those who haven’t downloaded the application yet, you need to download it on Google Play Store or Apple Store. This application used to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission through the implementation of Digital Tracing with the aim of helping to track the mobilization of people who want to access hotel services. Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024. From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience. During this time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Kids Club movie area. In addition, poolside service will be available for lunch and dinner. Thank you for your kind understanding. "Very Good"

Good pools, eating areas, mostly clean facilities, good kids club activities,

Some couches outside were dirty from food, things wernt available due to the time of year. Kids club was not a supervised area even for school aged children. Too far away from msin shopping areas, dining etc

"Overall good result. Located on a busy road but if you walk out the back door there’s a quiet street to shops and beach"

Family of five with three kids (primary school age) who loved the pool. Daily activities and kids club were good and staff were great.

We booked for five people and when we got to our room there was only four beds. We were told we needed to pay an extra $40 per night per bed only after getting to our room and despite us being quoted a price which we paid for in advance for five people. This was frustrating and resulted in an unexpected cost and didn’t result in a good early experience for us.

"Exceptional"

The kids club, happy hour, staff were friendly, location was perfect and the grounds were lush. We had a free photo shoot and opted to purchase the photos because the photos were amazing! We stayed here 8 years ago and returned with 3 girls - and it was perfect as we really just wanted to hang out for our last few days in Bali, and this didn't disappoint.

Value for money is exceptional. Facilities for the kids are unreal and staff are wonderful. The rooms are extremely spacious and perfectly laid out for families.

Whilst the buffet breakfast is great, the food on the menu is not fantastic. The local style meals are pretty good but the western style meals are below average.

Awesome staff, decent priced drinks and happy hour that lasts nearly all day. 2 room hotel very handy and well priced. Beds a little hard but got toppers added. Not far from the main street in sanur going out the back way although those streets can get flooded after heavy rain. Kids loved the water slide which is also in a separate area to the main pool which is good. Couldn't hear any pool noise from the rooms either

A few feral kids that were just left by the parents that got a bit wild. The poor lifeguard did end up losing his shit. No other faults really
