The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As required by Indonesian Government, all guests must scan on Peduli Lindungi QR code that’s available at the lobby area. For those who haven’t downloaded the application yet, you need to download it on Google Play Store or Apple Store. This application used to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission through the implementation of Digital Tracing with the aim of helping to track the mobilization of people who want to access hotel services. Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024. From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience. During this time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Kids Club movie area. In addition, poolside service will be available for lunch and dinner. Thank you for your kind understanding. We look forward to welcoming you to the newly renovated Terrace Restaurant soon! Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
