Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

Lovely large 2 bedroom apartments. Lovely staff. Very clean. Great pool and kids facilities. Water filters in the rooms and excellent sized kitchen. Catered for the kids by providing plastic cups and plates which is so helpful when you have a 3 year old. Master bedroom has reading lights built in - loved! Super cute towel animals each day too. Good food options on menu for families

My son is dairy intolerant and the breakfast buffet had Vegan labels on all the baked items. Turns out they were not vegan but vegetarian so my son was in a bit of pain after consuming this. They were very apologetic and made us custom dairy free baked items every morning after this, very kind staff. My parents room next door to us was a single room apartment and was spacious but incredibly dark with no external windows and very dull lighting

We were a group of seven adults and six children two of whom were babies. This is an excellent location for families. Large apartments for two bedrooms great staff great pools. Main road is extremely busy and I wouldn’t use it but the taxis are really cheap to icon or to the grand Lucky supermarket. You can always use the back gate to the beach.

The facilities and the staff were fantastic, the staff in the kids club and around the pool area were always friendly and engaging. There were lots of activities for the kids and the slide area was really enjoyed by our daughter. The prices for the happy hour drinks were really competitive and happy hour went for most of the day which was a bonus. The food from the restaurant was really nice and good quality. The rooms were really generous in size and having a large fridge and water dispenser in the room was a huge bonus.

The back gate which was the only entry/exit which was safe and good to use closed at 9pm daily which forced guests to have to walk the long way around through a dark alley and along the main road which had a horrible uneven path to walk on, the path had four (4) drains which had covers that had completely collapsed missing covers which had left wide open holes that people could easily fall in (a small child would fully dissappear) if they weren't aware or paying attention. A simple intercom system allowing reception staff to remotely unlock the rear gate or having a card swipe reader to access the rear gate allowing guests to safely enter at a later time is a must. Having the rear gate close at 9pm meant that you had to either rush dinner to get back in time before being locked out or endure a long, unsafe and uncomfortable walk back to the hotel front entrance. I understand that the hotel can't change it's location or fix the path on the main road to make it safer, but finding a way of allowing guests to enter through the rear is a must and a huge safety concern otherwise. I spoke to multiple guests and they all had the same troubles and frustrations with the rear gate closing early, this is a shame as it was the only aspect of the hotel we were disappointed in. A four star hotel in my opinion shouldn't force guests having to endure an unsafe walk at night just to get back inside. I hope the hotel takes note of this issue as it would definitely make a huge difference to the guests experience if its rectified.

Uitstekende service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Appartementen zijn zeer ruim en hygiënisch. Onze kamers werden dagelijks van onder tot boven gepoetst, koffie en thee aangevuld etc. Tijdens ons verblijf kregen we een (gratis) high tea, die lekker en heel uitgebreid was. En op mijn verjaardag kwam het personeel zingend naar ons appartement met een taart. Dit hotel is een aanrader!
