Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

Staff were friendly and the rooms fit our big family perfectly.

The location is a little far and the shuttles don’t get anywhere good.

Good hotel apartments and friendly and supportive staff. The daily towel creations were just one of the highlights for our kids.

Nothing to complain about.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing Prime Plaza Suites during our first visit to Bali, and we are thoroughly impressed. The team were warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's amenities catered well to families, with plenty of activities for our children to enjoy. Our rooms were spacious, and the surprise birthday cake for my daughter was a lovely gesture. The staff went above and beyond in their service, ensuring we felt at home. Additionally, the on-site dining options were exceptional, with both the restaurants and bars delivering outstanding experiences.

The rooms are huge and spacious, hotel is quite quiet - perfect for families. With plenty of activities for the kids and the kids club. I would definitely come back here again on our next trip to Bali. The food and drink is reasonably priced given it’s a westerner targeted crowd. Buffet breakfast is a must and is good value with some of the cooked menu changing daily, the staff are super attentive and friendly,

This place took us a day to get used to, we flew in late and had extreme jet lag which is of no fault to the property and had some issues with a musty smell initially and I thought the room was mouldy, but after a day in there the smell had disappeared, rooms could definitely do with some renovations as they are quite dated structurally. However price reflects the quality of build so it is of no consequence, other then that, I would say location being right on the highway makes it difficult if you wanted to walk out the front gate so private driver/taxi recommended to go anywhere from the front. - back gates are easy 5-10min walk to shops/restaraunts out the back so this counteracts the front gate issue.

Cleanliness, courteous & friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you, they made you feel special. Courtesy bus, very children friendly.

Pillows were quite hard & the bed maybe to firm for some.

Spacious rooms. Pool was awesome. Food was great. Lovely staff. 10-15 min walk to beach but lots of things to look at along the way.

Top level room had a bit of noise from traffic but was ok.

Fantastic family environment catering for all members. Awesome staff & service in all aspects of our stay.

Pillows were slightly firmer than I would normally like.
