The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As required by Indonesian Government, all guests must scan on Peduli Lindungi QR code that’s available at the lobby area. For those who haven’t downloaded the application yet, you need to download it on Google Play Store or Apple Store. This application used to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission through the implementation of Digital Tracing with the aim of helping to track the mobilization of people who want to access hotel services. Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024. From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience. During this time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Kids Club movie area. In addition, poolside service will be available for lunch and dinner. Thank you for your kind understanding. The pool was lovely and sunny with shade to get away from the sun

Staff too forever to get their attention, I watched others as well try and they almost deliberately avoided eye contact or did not observe what was happening around them. It did not feel warm n cozy like other places we have stayed.

They have many activities and games for the family and a huge water slide as well! love that you could also get a massage by the pool while watching the kids and the pool food is quite yummy too. The staff is very friendly and really appreciated the welcome tour to the hotel and facilities and the room as well. super appreciate it! The 2 bedroom suite was like a 2 bedroom apartment without a balcony with a huge living room and dining room space and a full size fridge.

maybe we came from Marriott which was a newer property so honestly, not comparable. Only thing that would make it more awesome would be a washing machine within the suite.
