Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024. From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience. Everything about this place is amazing for families. We stayed in a two bedroom and loved having the space to chill at night. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and great warungs down the alley. We loved that the pool was open at night as many aren't. The kids pool is amazing - my daughter was obsessed with the slide. The only improvement I can see is a ramp to get up to the lifts (I had to pack the double stroller down every time) and the kids club/activities could be improved on. The staff were amazing, prices great and the Pink Sours made my trip!

We were very happy with accommodation except the Television didn't work! And was very disappointed. The tv was fixed but didn't last long ! Every day there was a problem with it!

The pool side drinks very expensive

The waterslide, gf station at breakfast, such big rooms, enormous comfy beds, nanny service and the staff were excellent!!! They gave us early check-in as we were travelling from the islands and a late check-out before our flight. The security was impressive too. I really appreciated their awareness of coeliacs made my trip so much more enjoyable

Everything was great, it is very family focussed so if that's not your vibe maybe stay elsewhere.
