Tolles Design und schöne Lage inmitten des Waldes, direkt am Fluss gelegen.

Personal spricht gar kein Englisch, konnten beim Frühstück nicht erklären welches Essen für wen war. Service insgesamt schlecht und langsam (auch wenn alle nett waren). Es gab zwar eine Managerin die internationale Gäste betreut hat, aber auch Sie konnte konkrete Fragen nicht beantworten. Keine Ahnung vom Kitespot oder den Abfahrtzeiten der Flosse. Für so ein „ high Class „ Hotel enttäuschend. Es sieht nur vom Design toll aus, aber die Qualität ist nur in Ordnung. Essen verhältnismäßig teuer. Laute Musik bis 22 Uhr am Pool, obwohl in der Nebensaison noch kaum Gäste da waren.

Not very family friendly if you are traveling with babies. :( There was no high chair, no kids menu, no facilities to warm bottles up, although we had support from the staff during the day.

Barulho dos barcos pela manhã. Preço e porções das refeições Drinks podem melhorar bastante e tb com preços altos. Café da manhã bom, mas limitado
