"Charged me extra for no reason and no one can "find" the charge"

I just wanted to come and say thank you to DoubleTree for the quality of our stay while we were in town visiting family recently🙏 The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful to us. The cleaning crew were also very nice 😇and circled back to us when the kids were being extra the first time they came around😅. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived and the staff maintained clean towels and perfectly made beds for us every day. I was grateful to have a quiet and relaxed space to come back to after being out with family all day. A special shout-out as well to Danny for making us feel welcome and like he was genuinely happy to help us throughout our stay. Thank you! We'll definitely be back to this location in the future 😊
