"Late arrival"

Got in a little late little worried about finding a room. I called in ahead Neilam answered and took care of me from beginning to end. I would book here again solely because of him. Everyone else knocked it out of the park as well strongly recommend booking here.

I opened the fridge and there was food from the previous stay 🤢. Slightly disappointed but other then that. I always stay at a double tree 🌳 🌳

Clean and nice

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00pm. We got there and 60+ people were waiting for a room. Nobody could check in. Then we were told we could get a call when our room was ready…we never received a call. Our room was finally ready at 11:00pm. We missed the concert, which was the whole point of the stay.
