"Horrible communication with night manager"

When moved to another room, after sleeping in a HOT room the first night, since the night manger didn't respond to me me skittle after an hour of waiting, the new room was clean and comfortable.

Night manager Ashley, didn't touch base with me after "sending a tech" for the temp in the room, waited up for an hr of me messaging her multiple times, was not helped until the morning when I went down to front desk

"Avoid, high crime area"

Avoid this hotel, in a sketchy location, my vehicle and many others windows smashed, broken in to. Staff could care less, no manager to talk to and no return call. Security guard in lobby not in parking lot where needed. Bar/restaurant disorganized, slow , average food/ overpriced. Also nothing nearby to walk to to find food. Horrible experience

Even though you were the only one at the front desk and had several guest waiting in line to check in your your pleasant and efficient disposition is greatly appreciated.
