After a horrible work day, ice storm delays, and sheer exhaustion……..Danny at the front desk in the wee hours made it all ok. In customer care you can tell the authentic from not so authentic. He went over and above and my crew really appreciated what he did for us. I could see he really cared about the day we had and wanted to make a difference. I know blessings will come his way for being such a lovely soul. ( I believe I have the right name, he worked the desk at 12:45 AM on 1/26/26 I guess technically that’s the 27th)
