Nossa estadia no Horizon foi simplesmente excepcional. Desde o primeiro contato, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia e profissionalismo. O funcionário que nos atendeu foi extremamente prestativo, atencioso e demonstrou genuína preocupação para que tudo estivesse perfeito durante nossa hospedagem. As orientações fornecidas foram claras e muito úteis. A acomodação estava impecavelmente limpa, muito bem organizada e confortável. A localização também é excelente, a poucos minutos do centro histórico, o que tornou nossos passeios muito práticos. Não encontramos absolutamente nenhum ponto negativo. Parabenizamos toda a equipe pelo excelente trabalho e, sem dúvida, voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Hotel padrão, tudo limpo e arrumado. Mas o melhor ponto, sem dúvidas, foi o atendimento. Ivan e Ivona foram excepcionais. Recomendo muito!

Good views from property, close to the centre and walking distance to the ferry. AC was great.

Could have some of the normally found amenities in the bathroom no toothpaste or body lotion or even proper shampoo or conditioner is provided.

Group 5 for the 50th birthday weekend in Split from the UK. Ivonia, the host from the hotel, amazingly booked a cab there and back; it was great value at 55 euro for 6. The location is very, very close to the old town, ports, bars, restaurants, and breakfast downstairs; there is a large selection from the menu and 2 drinks, an excellent shower, a super clean room, and very, very safe security. No downside besides it doesn't look like a "typical" hotel – for value for money and not one cab taken its perfect.
