Anchor Inn by Greene King Inns

Location was amazing, as was the price. The staff were very helpful.

The room was very dirty, as was the hotel in general. It needs a massive refit. There was black mould in the bathroom, the room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned before I arrived.

The location was good as was the food

The stairs were difficult and steep

Fabulous location with a window onto the harbour and sea. Nicely decorated, toasty room and friendly staff. The room we booked had an external bathroom, but it wasn't shared and perhaps as a result the room was a very good price for a prime location.

I liked the décor and comfort of the room. The view was wonderful. The breakfast and service was a high standard. Overall the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Just one staff member on arrival was unwelcoming and spoke too fast with no customer service skill.
