Gorgeous hotel. Old and full of history. Top notch in every way. It felt like we stepped back in time. The finishes and breakfast and dining room, the area, all was just so stunning.

Beautiful property. Staff at the front desk, concierge and housekeeping were excellent friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were rude and dinner menu was not up to snuff for a five star hotel. Get a new chef.

It had an outstanding spa and a lovely outside pool and gardens but the common parts were well worn and it reflected 1980 decor. The bar was at the side of the lounge and it gave it a waiting room feel. It would have been nice for it to be in an area with its own identity and access to a designated outdoor terrace. The access to the outdoor pool was through the front entrance with a walk around the hotel to the back which was a little strange

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Spa is amazing! Outdoor pool is great to relax by, my grandchildren loved swimming in the spa pool as well. Service and food were excellent, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The lake views from our room were gorgeous. Can’t say enough good things!

The property was amazing. Great location, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, immaculate. Lavish breakfast included in cost. Very old world without being stuffy
