Great grand hotel experience with ‘belle epoch’ architecture, great service, and location. Recent addition in 2021 of large spa, gym, indoor pool free for guests and a plus on rainy days.

"Lovely hotel"

Wonderful spa, very good breakfast, very decorative hotel. Only negative is lack of sound proofing.. you hear literally everything from the corridor, doors opening and closing, guests talking, room service.. difficult to sleep after 7am.

Old world charm, the rooms are frumpy, not modern, but that's not a negative. The views of the lake are amazing, it is right across the street. Great location and food.
