Americana Modern Hotel

Friendly and welcoming staff, newly redone rooms, very clean and comfortable, nice grounds, conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

A little street noise, but that’s expected.

The front desk lady, I think her name was Sarah, was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was nice.

I didn't like the cockroach that I i killed and the dirty sheets. And the pillows smelled like dirty hair. Maybe ask your guests if they would like to be way from the main road. Not everyone is used to loud traffic sounds.

Perfect overnight stop on our way to SF. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Within walking distant to restaurants.

Did not have breakfast the hotel and location was great.

I spent the night there last night for the first time. It was fantastic. I was a little wary because the property is downtown right off 5. It is an older hotel but it has been throughly redone. The property is immaculate and beautifully landscaped. There is a little gathering area beside the office with shad and misters. Chairs and picnic tables. The room are lovely with newer beds and thick towels. I felt totally safe there. Did not see an homeless around at all. Great restaurants including a Pipeline and Heavenly Donuts just around the corner. Very reasonably priced. I will visit again.
