What is there not to like !! This place was 10/10 from the 2 giant king beds to the box fan already in the room ! Great location and nice staff ! Straight across the street from Taco Bell and Dutch Bros coffee

Staff was EXCEPTIONAL and THOUGHTFUL. We had a huge truck and Airstream and pets. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

"Comfortable stay in Redding."

Got 2 king size beds. The room & bathroom are spacious & clean. The water pressure is strong. The staffs are friendly. The nearby Theory Roasters Coffee cafe (5 min walk) is nice.

Friendly and welcoming staff, newly redone rooms, very clean and comfortable, nice grounds, conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk lady, I think her name was Sarah, was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was nice.

I didn't like the cockroach that I i killed and the dirty sheets. And the pillows smelled like dirty hair. Maybe ask your guests if they would like to be way from the main road. Not everyone is used to loud traffic sounds.
