위치 매우 좋음, 모든 관광지 도보이용가능. 스벅, 만테가이라 나타집 가까움. 치안 좋음 방2개에 거실 매우 넓음, 화장실 2개다 크고 욕조 있음. 난방 있으나 새벽에는 약간 서늘하고 건조함.

침대 매트리스가 푹 꺼져서 허리아프고 불편했음. 빨래 건조대가 없음. 그러나 거실에 빨래를 널어도 하루반이상 지나면 건조됨. 세탁기 건조기능도 없음

Echt de perfecte centrale ligging om de stad te verkennen. Heerlijk en ontzettend ruim appartement. Heel fijn om 2 badkamers te hebben, die volledig gelijkwaardig aan elkaar waren en comfortabel waren. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed geluidsisolerend. Goed om te weten, wat wij niet heel duidelijk op de foto’s vonden is dat er 1 kamer met een 2 persoonsbed is, en de andere kamer heeft 2 bedden met elk daaronder nog een bed wat je eventueel kunt uitschuiven. Perfect voor 4 kinderen, maar als je hier met 4 volwassenen wilt slapen is het wellicht wel fijn om te weten.

De temperatuur binnen is niet heel goed te regelen (of wij hebben het niet gevonden). We vonden het vrij warm worden maar er zijn genoeg ramen om wijd open te zetten, dat scheelt. We vragen ons wel af hoe het er in de zomer zal zijn aangezien er geen airco is. In de slaapkamer is een balkondeur, die je ‘‘s nachts niet tegelijk open kunt zetten als je ook het rolgordijn dicht wilt hebben. Er waren werkzaamheden op het plein aan de voorkant, door de goede geluidsisolatie had je daar in de slaapkamers geen last van (achterkant) en met de ramen dicht was het overdag ook meestal acceptabel.

Central location , easy to get to everywhere. Apartment was beautiful, Kitchen had everything you would need. Lift up to 3rd floor. 2 bathrooms. Balconys off each bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Close to metro and bus routes to marina and Port houses. Apartment was good location for restaurants, Douro river , Cathedral and Clerigos Tower.

Location was fabulous! The apartment was high top end spec . Kitchen, floors , bathrooms were all fabulous. Underground heating was great we could walk around barefoot in comfort . Lighting , seating , ornaments were all great . Facilities like dishwasher , cleaner , all great , toaster , electric kettle all suited our needs , cleanliness was great ! All guests were extremely satisfied.

The 2 nd bedroom was not what we expected. One of us to sleep on a mattress on the floor ! We brought the mattress into the sitting room each night and lay it on the big sofa and one slept there .We moved the mattress back to the bedroom every morning. That was our only negative to be honest

관광하기 위치가 진짜 최고입니다. 집은 생각보다 굉장히 넓고 유럽느낌이 조금 낭낭합니다. 사진에 보이는 저정도에요 집 바로 앞에 마트가 있어서 유용했고, 에어컨은 없어서 여름에는 참고하셔야할꺼같아요 (저는 9월 중순 가을 방문이라 문 열면 딱 시원하고 살짝춥고 좋았어요) 거실쪽 큰창을 열면 밑에 공사를 하긴하는데 문닫으면 큰 소음은 없었습니다. 식기, 세탁용품, 등등 가정에서 기본적으로 필요한 모든 도구가 다있어서 아주 편했어요. 내부 외부등 보안이 잘되있어서 안심했습니다.(밖에 일정 새벽 시간되면 철창이 닫겨요. 열쇠 없이 출입제한) 암튼 매우 만족이요~! 실사 많이 올려둘께요~! 짐도 체크인 아웃 전으로 맡아줘서 편리했어요! 호스트님이 유쾌하고 친절해서 정말 좋았습니다. 이름이 기억이 안나지만 아무튼 감사했어요~!

수질이 조금 안좋은것같아요. 샤워 필터기 여분으로 꼭 챙겨가시기 바랍니다. 문닫고 열때 살짝의 감각이 필요해요ㅋ별건아닌데 걍 일단 쓰다보면 무슨말인지 앎 집 찾는것과 프론트 찾는게 좀 헷갈리실 수 있어요. 사진 첨부할께요. 다들 나처럼 무거운 짐들고 헤매지말고 찾기를 숙소는 돔형식의 입구들어가서 바로 보이시는 오른쪽 문입니다. 프론트 주소는 Restaurante Cantina 32, R. das Flores 32, 4050-262 Porto 일단 여기찍고 바로 옆에 36으로 가세요. 32 아닙니다^_^

Great location and a lot of space!

Noisy and no air conditioning. The single beds we're not comfortable.

Die Lage ist gigantisch. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr sauber.

Leider läuft rund um die Uhr eine Lüftungsanlage, die in der Nacht sehr gestört hat.
