Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise

The staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble in every area. Swimming with fish in their pool was fun! Their heated pool great for night time dipping. The whole pool area is like a theme park!

Room service drinks are quite expensive.

Absolute perfection! Staff were friendly and went above and beyond during our visit to accommodate our needs and requests. Other highlights, swimming in the lagoon (salt water) with the tropical fish along with the exquisite breakfast buffet. Many happy memories staying here. We could not fault the exceptional service or facilities. We did not want to leave!

There wasn’t anything to dislike during our stay.

The reception are of the hotel was breath taking and immaculate. Every area of the hotel was clean, well thought out and stunning.

The rooms were comfortable and had full facilities that we needed as a large family, but the best thing was definitely the view of the pool and beach. Absolutely stunning. We had high tea on one of the days at the restaurant and that was by far one of the best experiences so far. Staff were amazing especially the server James. Thank you for making my mum and sister’s birthdays amazing. The pool was great, the kids loved it

We had asked for a-joining rooms and they told us they were, when we got to the rooms and found out they were not. Called reception to get that sorted but they told us they could not as the a-joining room was booked. They could have told us the truth when checking in. It was disappointing for the kids and to keep going out and round to the next room as a family with young kids was not convenient at all.

Amazing view and super comfy beds! Service was great and we really enjoyed the lagoon pool and having the option to hire snorkelling gear. So much fun and we’ll definitely be back!

Would love an upgrade on the TV otherwise everything was great!
