La línea rosa y café del metro de la CDMX está muy cerca del hotel, permitiéndote desplazar desde el aeropuerto, al central de autobuses, estadios, museos, auditorios y demás. También encontré un tiempo relativamente corto de caminata para llegar al centro de la ciudad.

Las almohadas son muy delgadas.

I did not like that the sink was in the room , and not in the bathroom. also it was right in the middle, which was very disturbing when someone wanted to get ready earlier.

Wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber! Auch die Mehrbettzimmer sind super hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war einfach - aber qualitativ super. Insgesamt ein richtig schöner Ort und eine gute Erfahrung.

Die Unterkunft liegt ingesamt eher am Rand von Condesa und an einer (auch nachts) sehr viel befahrenen Straße. Da gibt es - auch wenn es CDMX ist - echt deutlich ruhigere Ecken. Es könnte außerdem noch besser werden mit: - Einer Spülmaschine an der Küche. Das wäre vor allem hygienischer, statt dass alle mit einem alten Schwamm ihr Geschirr spülen… - ich finde es ok, wenn männliches Reinigungspersonal weibliche Dorms reinigt. Ich finde aber nicht ok, wenn sie schon um 6 am Morgen in die Dorms laufen und den Mülleimer lehren. Da sollte etwas feinfühliger mit umgegangen werden.

La experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. El personal es realmente amable y cercano, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Los espacios comunes son muy agradables y están bien cuidados, perfectos para relajarse, las camas son muy cómodas, y el desayuno está incluido, sencillo pero más que suficiente.

The cleaning staff who didn't make me feel terrible about the mess I made after getting food poisoning.

I was diagnosed with scabies after my stay here, so I will never be returning becuase I suspect my stay here as the cause. During my stay, I also suffered from food poisoning, and getting any kind of assistance from the 24/7 front desk staff was extremely difficult. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful, but the actual downstairs staff were very unhelpful and dismissive. At one point, I had to practically beg for trash bags to vomit into. I also repeatedly had to ask them to bring up medication I had ordered through Uber, even though my room was the first door by the stairs. I explained multiple times that if I had to go downstairs, I would likely throw up on the stairs, yet I still had to keep having the same conversation over and over. Overall, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience during a time when I was seriously ill and needed basic support. P.S. then the owner apparently reported me for "mistreatment" conveniently after my negative review. Me, who was too sick to talk and move somehow had the energy to mistreat...a staff? I can only assume since they didn’t go in details. I attached our WhatsApp communication (the only words used other than the spoken "Hi and goodbye" so anyone can see the "mistreatment."

Best hostel, amazing location, very clean. I stayed in female dorm and despite many beds there i slept very well. Met beautiful people. Highly recommend.

El personal muy amable, después de hacer check out pude dejar mis cosas en el hotel y usar las instalaciones Desayuno básico pero es un plus La zona es muy céntrica
