I didnt get a chance to stay rgey cancel my booking wothpit me knowing and i didnt have no were to stay had tonsleepnin my car the manger wasnt on the property. Insit outside the hotel for 2 hrs need to be call roach motel vey unprofessional. Rude beds hard. And people that stay at that hotel/motel live there. Never ever again.

Property was horrible potholes everywhere room that they selected for me was very dirty had electrical wires that were exposed and could become has it is very.! Also I had to call the number on the door in order to get someone to come and give me a room. Upon calling the man it’s OK I’m about three minutes to come and give me the key to the room which was horrible there was a blood stain on the rooms floor the room smelled of smoke and mold. Would never stay here wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here this please should be condemned should not even be invited on any of the sites for selecting a hotel or motel stay.

Air conditioning did not work, water in the shower was either boiling or freezing, carpet was filthy and had sticky stuff in various places, 2 very small flat pillows for a king size bed, room needs painting and quite honestly if the walls were just wiped down they would look a million times better, no towel rack, hole in the bathroom floor tile.

So, heed my warning. Do not stay here. There are two hotels America's Best Inn and America's Best Value Inn. Both are owned by the same company but this one is a dump. We had to leave after two hours because the smell was so bad that we could not relax. It reeked of cat piss. The neighbors were vacuuming at like midnight. The owners I am sure are aware that these two hotels with the same name give confusion, especially because the names are almost the same. However, do not stay at America's Best Inn. The address is 2002 and the decent one, which is the one we stayed at after we left the first hotel is 2005. We got completely scammed because of the confusion from the two similar names of these hotels. The lady at the desk at the second hotel said they always get customers that left America's Best Inn, so people will book two hotels in one night and it is the same company! They have a no refund policy, so if you book this one you are going to be very disappointed.

I cannot believe I paid money to stay there. There was so many things that were so bad about this place. I guess I didn’t see bugs, and the sheets were clean. Everything else is just run down. The bed was like sleeping on a stone tablet.

I used to work at a hotel for years so I know what to look for. The room was dirty, the sheets looked like they weren't changed, I pulled back the top blanket to see if there were clean sheets and they still had hair and crumbs, and a spot on the sheets was hard, not sure what it could of been.. The room smelled like mold, the electricity barley worked by the sink it flickerd off and on then back on, there was no one at the front desk, they had to have someone from a cross the street to check us in, red flag..over all very disappointed and disgusting wouldn't recommend even if you have kids..do not stop at this place!!
