"Would definitely stay again - great lodge"

We were happy with everything. Great location, very clean and easy system to get in and out!

My only advice for guest with small children is to be careful on the stairs as they are steep. This is just advice not a negative comment about the property itself.

"Very stressful on arrival, cold on the first day, but Ok the next few days"

It was new and modern

There is no physical key. They sent us an email 2 days before arrival requested us to download an app to be able to enter. No fron desk to welcome us. They requested us to send a photo of our credit card and an ID by SMS to make the app work, or else we could not enter the building. This is illegal. Our phones were low on battery on arrival, and if the battery dies we would be stuck outside. We were stressed that we would not be able to open the door and be stuck on the snow with a child. We had to insist over the phone to get a code to enter. The first day no hot water, no heater. Snowing outside, we were very cold.
