- Lockers for snow gear at entrance

- Leaky shower - Range hood needs cleaning - Only 1 pillow on the beds - Small rooms - No dishwashing detergent - Electronic key was annoying - a pin code would be better

The property was well located, the staff were friendly.

When we tried calling with an enquiry no one answered the phone, we left a message but they didn’t call us back. The ammenities in the shower (shampoo, soap etc.) were all empty.

Location was great the room was comfortable and well equipped. The Kitchen and other facilities were really good also.

It would be good if there was a toasted sandwich maker in the kitchen, who doesn't love a toastie at the snow

Room and kitchen are clean. Good heating system. Door open and lock system was awesome. Enough cutlery available.

No free wifi, spoilt milk in the fridge, not enough tea bags, sugar and coffee, staffs are not easily approachable. None of the staff came or call us to ask for any requirement or comfort in our 4 nights stay. Blankets were so small that it hardly covers one person.

The room was clean and cosy. So warm after a cold day on the slopes. Beautiful hot shower. Very clean. Hosts very easy to deal with. Would stay here again. Very easy walk to village

Well appointed shared lounge, kitchen (with cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster/kettle etc) and pots, pans, plates, glasses & cups. Heating was good throughout. Drying room a welcomed bonus given the weather - we were drenched by rain both days. Rooms are good layout/showers ok and small private bathrooms. Access was good and controlled via electronic digital locks - no need for cards or keys to potentially lose. The hosts were very accommodating - allowing us to drop off luggage to the drying room on arrival and leave post checkout so that we could retrieve at 4pm when preparing to leave the mountain.

Beds were not good - very uncomfortable, you could feel springs with no cushioning. Other reviewers have noted this and they appear to have not been changed - which is disappointing, as it detracts from what is overall a great location & offers very good accommodation.
