The drying room was poor - no where to store board or properly hang clothes The living room was small - table was tiny. Tv didn’t work. Also there was no management of where to store foods and allocation of cupboard or room in fridge.

Book other hotel or property if you can. Not worth it.

There was no staff to facilitate you, in-fact I have never seen a hotel without reception and staff. Facilities weren’t good at all

the beds were a bit hard. needs some basic maintenance such as on bathroom doors. would be nice if we could have used the email to gain access to the doors.

linen is clean

Late check in. Leaking shower. Electrical key is annoying. Would never come back again.

The staff were obliging and quick to respond to issues that occurred at the accommodation.

My husband fell on lose carpet at stairwell, broke his glasses and obtained bruising. Blocked drainage in the bathroom. First night of stay took until 9pm to obtain hearing and hot water.

It was clean and cozy
