Pretty warm won’t feel cold at all

The body wash was empty. The bottle might broken or something

Sharing the kitchen was easy. Location was amazing. Premises clean. Beds were comfortwble

Ladder was hard to get into bunk bed. Bathroom door didn't shut!!! Very embarrassing!!

Modern design great location

Overall the accommodation is very nice however I was suffocated by sewerage gases in the middle of the night and needed to open the windows fully to be able to breath and in the middle of a storm in minus temperatures, not very comfortable at all. It was horrible the smell was disgusting I couldn’t sleep. Then after notifying staff I was informed in the morning that they would look into the matter and thanked me for letting them know and that was it. As for my experience there was no sympathy no acknowledgement that I had a horrible experience basically I feel like I have been ignored and I definitely didn’t get the experience I paid for. I booked last minute to get some sleep after a long drive should have just slept in the car. It’s a shame because the building and location is great.
