Check in Time sucks Getting information from Kabuki was like pulling teeth Maintenance to the entrance was non-existent / icy and slippery/ unsafe Both my daughter and I fell on the concrete steps to our entrance The drying room was the only place we could leave our luggage as check-in was 4 pm

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property, and I feel the need to express my frustration. First of all, the place is very noisy early in the morning due to children and other guests living in the same house. On top of that, there are strong and unpleasant cooking smells coming from the kitchen, which made the environment even worse. Second, the room was never cleaned during my 3-day stay. The cleaners only came to clean the living room, kitchen, and some rooms upstairs – but they completely ignored my room, which is unacceptable. Third, the view from my room was terrible. Unlike other rooms, mine had no balcony, no good window, and no proper view – just a wall. We came here as tourists to enjoy the beautiful scenery, not to stare at a wall, and this was extremely disappointing. In addition, the bathroom was extremely small, it felt like sitting inside a washing machine. And to make things worse, there was a sensor light in the bathroom, clearly installed to save electricity, but it kept turning off every few seconds while I was using the toilet. This made it extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. Also, the room was never cleaned throughout my entire stay. Paying $1700 for 3 nights is absolutely outrageous for this level of service. No cleaning, no reception, no privacy, no peace or quiet, and we had to share the space with other people. Honestly, this was a total disappointment. I could have easily spent that amount visiting another area and had a much better and more relaxing experience instead of staying in this place, which offered nothing but noise, bad smells, no view, no balcony, no comfort, and no value. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you.

It was hard to get access to pick our luggage after checkout.

The property was clean.

Bed , I already mentioned about we are double the bed was joint with single bed which was totally uncomfortable for us. And also the blanket was single sized. And there was no microwave, no kettle, no body wash, and no other facilities.

The location was good

The bathroom was very small and hadn’t been maintained. It flooded because the drain had not been cleaned in months. I had to clear the drain to ensure it didn’t flood

Awesome lounch room and kitchen. Great cooking facilities. Very central location. Nice and warm.

I'm not that fussy, but there was black hair everywhere. It was not very clean. The bed was not a queen, but 2 king singles. This might suit some couples,but we didnt like this at all. The mattress protector kept sliding of too. I'm not complaining but just thought id give constructive advice what could be better. I did love staying here. just a couple of minor things. Thank you
