"Stay was okay but would not do it again"

Location was nice near several restaurants and a QT

When we arrived toilet was definitely used and nasty left for us when we entered. First night we couldn’t shower until after midnight due to no hot water. Floors were dirty and had spilled food or drink all over leaving any socks or feet black. Pillows were nasty and very stained.

"For the cost of the hotel, the location and cleanliness this was a good value."

The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and no order of smoke.

The bathtub's paint was chipping off which made the cosmetic not very appealing and the bed was very lumpy.

"Stuck 3 nights in awful hotel"

Bed was okay

AC in my room was very loud and barely worked. Room was too hot to sleep comfortably in December. (I couldn’t imagine staying in summer!) Staff refused to let me cancel and refund the next two nights. Gave me another room with an even worse AC unit. Found numerous hairs in the bathroom and floor. Dry flavorless breakfast, coffee machine broken. Will never stay Best Western again. Still trying to get some kind of refund.
