"They do not control the excessive noise during the night, and there was lack of cleanliness in the room."

It needs maintenance.

It was not clean, very noisy. We stay 4 nights and never cleaned up the room, even if we ask in the front desk.

"When we booked at your hotel we pretty well knew what to expect -- nothing fancy, but comfortable."

We didn't eat breakfast at your motel. The beds were very comfortable and the room seemed clean.. It was very quiet on the first floor.

My biggest complaint was thei lightning. The room was extremely dark and the light blbs could not be turned up. The lighting over the sink was terrible - the light hit your face and I could not see myself in the mirror. It would have been better to have lights on top of the mirror and probably cheaper to install.

Easy access. Bed was comfortable.

Low quality bedding (thread bare sheets), low quality breakfast, our floor ice machine was broken the whole time (5 nights).

"Good"

Staff was friendly but the whole place smelled like Burning Man. The TV did not work in the room and the HVAC was a mess. The breakfast was a piece of toast and some juice. Will not stay there again and would not recommend.
