"Overall, the hotel room was nice. But the breakfast situation was very frustrating."

The hotel room was pretty decent for the value!

Breakfast was a nightmare. There was not enough food, and the staff was just standing around. Some of the machines were broken. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere both days. And a lot of people were also waiting around to eat and had to go to the nearest gas station.

I liked the location and it's easy access to the interstate to explore. The room was comfortable and it fit my needs.

"Overall the hotel seemed dirty and poorly maintained"

Easy to find, big breakfast selection. Staff was accommodating.

Our door key stopped working while we were away. The doors had to be pulled very hard to securely close. The floor in the room was disgustingly dirty. When we wiped up a water spill the towel was gross. The next morning the sun shone on the wall and we were SHOCKED to see that the bright neon green wall was dingy, covered in dirt and even spills down the wall behind chairs. It had obviously been spot cleaned, or painted over, but not well.
