Beachside Guest House

The Guest House was in an excellent position within Llandudno within easy reach of all amenities and attractions. It was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast & catered well for vegetarians. Very friendly, helpful owners. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location was excellent near all the amenities. the room was very clean and tidy with tea coffee included, the breakfasts were very good David and Cheryl made us feel very welcome.

This property is beautiful and kept to a very clean and high standard. The decoration is lovely. Dave was a lovely host, however, I am not sure if we met his Wife, there was a lady making up rooms and serving breakfast but she never introduced herself. It was nice being able to have a parking space. Our room was on the top floor and was nicely furnished. I liked that we could help ourself to tea, coffee, sugar, fresh cups and toilet rolls as needed. Breakfast was very nice. I liked the provision of drinks in the lounge area (with the honesty box). I used this to purchase water as I do not drink tea or coffee.

1. I would have like to have been introduced to both Dave and his Wife and have had more interaction. 2. If I had known the room we booked (room 10) was on the top floor I would not have booked this accommodation, I would have requested a room lower down if available because of a problem with my knee. I feel your website should say what floor the room is on so that people know its exact location. 3. I do not like to have to use a broken and glued toilet seat, it was cracked half way around and had been repaired with glue, not very hygienic, I would suggest this is replaced ASAP, as the guest house was obviously aware of it due to it being repaired. 4. I thought we were getting a partial sea view and partial sea view of the pier as described on your website, this was not the case. It didn't ruin our stay, but your website needs amending because this was one of the reasons we booked this B&B 5. Being a genius member, I thought I was getting the best rates, but the host did explain that if we booked direct we would have had the room cheaper. I always use Booking.com and so I was rather surprised.

We were on top floor 57 stairs to climb up but boy we are fitter now than ever other than that absolutely perfect

Everything, location is amazing breakfast was lovely and ALL staff carnt do enough for you so helpful x 100% me and partner will be going back there again

Just one little thing the bathroom door(room 3) was a little hard to slide shut,but it did shut and this definitely didn't ruin our stay and we're all ready looking g at going back
