Lovely staff, cleand znd spacious room and breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, (very cold day in feb)it was very cold in the room and it took nearly 24hrs for it to get up to 18 degrees (there was a temperature gauge outside the room)- otherwise 5 stars

"One of the best b & b's I've stayed at."

Superbly, professionally run b & b. Decorations on the right side of modern & whimsical. All furniture etc in rooms well thought-out for guest needs. Rooms & windows well sound-proofed. Bed quite comfortable. Hosts friendly & very helpful (I needed an earlier breakfast). Off street parking available but VERY tight to get to it & park - not for large SUV's! Really good range of quality restaurants within a short walk.

Clean and welcoming Lovely comfy atmosphere, like a home from home Owners Cheryl and David very helpful with luggage Breakfast spot on Alcoholic drinks available for those who partake Trusting approach to clients

It’s not a negative it’s a personal note (as I don’t like driving along narrow roads), was the access to the parking! But once there felt comfortable leaving the car there

"A great B&B - we would stay again."

Room 1 was lovely with a great view of the beach - comfortable chairs in the window great for sitting and watching :) Comfortable bed and lots of space Breakfast was excellent Staff were very good and friendly

Main Window suffered badly with condensation. Dehumidifier supplier helped a little, but the view was impaired The plug in the sink didn't work - not a big issue, we forgot to report it Toilet is a macerator - a bit noisy - operated occasionally all through the day and night
