Room was nice, big.

Not so good breakfast.

We got married this May at L’Araba Fenice Hotel & Resort, and the entire experience was perfect. Our ceremony took place at the Basilica Paleocristiana dell’Annunziata - it’s a beautiful small church full of traditional charm, recommended to us by the resort. We hosted our welcome dinner the night before, and our wedding reception at L’Araba Fenice itself. Both we and our guests stayed at the resort the night before and after the wedding, which we believe made everyone feel much more connected and comfortable throughout the whole event. As someone who is very detail-oriented (I even brought a PowerPoint to our initial planning meeting) I was beyond impressed with how smoothly everything ran. The planning and coordination were so well executed that we didn’t need to intervene at all on the day, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. A special thank you to Francesca, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and speaks great English. And to Cinzia, the event planner—although there was a language barrier, we had no trouble communicating thanks to Google Translate and her dedication. They both went above and beyond in the organisation and had a very warm attitude during the whole planning process and during our stay. We also chose to go with all the vendors recommended by the resort, including the band and the photographer, and we couldn’t have been happier. They worked together effortlessly and contributed to a truly unforgettable celebration.

We spent two nights during Valentine’s Day weekend, we didn’t dine at the hotel but the place was fairly close to many towns, so it was very comfortable to go anywhere from the resort. The room was very nice and clean, and breakfast was exceptional!

Not healthy and put me off being in there any longer. Not a five star facility

A very beautiful and romantic place. I believe it is the perfect location for a wedding. Clean and tidy, but not quite 5 stars. We were in October, when the outdoor pool was not in use and there were very few facilities within the hotel itself. The air conditioner in the apartment (which we paid more for) was very loud and not very functional. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very bad, breakfast was solid. The spa center is small but with great staff and services. It saves the whole resort.

The hotel is quite large, with spacious rooms and a huge terrace. It’s surrounded by farms, providing a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I noticed they host many weddings, as they have large event halls. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the buffalo mozzarella, which seems to be a local specialty. The staff was incredibly attentive. I initially booked this as a stopover while traveling from Rome to Sicily, but it truly exceeded my expectations.

Nice area, nice room, and the wellness staff were very polite.

The restaurant was very unwelcoming, the menu was poor, and they served us a very sad dessert. For a 5-star hotel, you expect more than that. The room was nice, but it was very dusty; maybe there was 1 inch of dust on the little mirror. Breakfast was OK, but again, no one asked us if we wanted a hot drink or welcomed us; no fresh juice was served, and the croissants were old. From a 5-star hotel, you expect more than this...
