Great location…if you are by foot!!

You can’t call it a B&B when there is no breakfast! Sending you to the local cafe doesn’t make it so! At least not if you’re English!

Centralità, pulizia, spaziosità camera

Colazione al bar: con un voucher di 3€ a persona non puoi nemmeno pagarti caffè + brioche. Mancano dispenser in bagno. Scala molto ripida per raggiungere le camere (non va bene per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione). Un po rumorosa alla sera.

"Schön aber unfaires Verhalten des Vermieters"

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in zentraler Lage, sogar mit Blick in einen Garten. (Im Sommer ev etwas laut, da Fenster in Richtung Gastgarten eines benachbarten Lokals geht).

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, jedoch eines mit nur einem kleinen Fenster erhalten. Begründung: die anderen Mieter hatten ein größeres Zimmer verlangt.. ziemlich unfair wie ich fand. Der versprochene Rabatt über booking ist bis heute offen. Anfrage einfach nie beantwortet. Hier geht es nicht um 10€, sondern um die Einhaltung von Vereinbarungen und um Gastfreundschaft. Schade. AC/Heizung war defekt, es wurde uns aber zumindest ein kleiner Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Il fatto che era in pieno centro storico

X il mio problema di difficoltà motorie non avevo tenuto presente delle scale all interno che potevano risultare scomode, ma questo per un mio problema personale, ma nonostante tutto è andata molto bene.

"Gute Lage, neu, sauber aber etwas teuer"

Die Lage an der emblematischen Treppe und damit direkt im Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend. Zimmer und Bad waren ganz neu, sauber, modern, stilvoll.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünfte ähnlicher Lage etwas zu teuer. Äußerer Eingangsbereich wenig einladend. Das Zimmer bietet keinen Ausblick und ist wegen des Restaurants nebenan recht laut. Anfang April wird die Heizung, trotz kalter Nächte, zentral abgestellt. Daß das Frühstück inkludiert ist, ist irreführend: man erhält einen Frühstücksgutschein für eine Bar um die Ecke in Höhe von €3,00 - dies entsprach konkret nicht unseren Erwartungen.
