"amazing place to stay"

location location location. Apartment is just on the bottom of famous stairs. Apartment was amazingly big and we had the best bathroom ever with walk in. It is very comfy and there is no problem contacting with owner. Even he help us to park the car properly. Design of the room was very modern and nice. It is definetly good place to stay in caltagirone.

"Miserable stay at this property."

The location is great. The apartment is clean and comfortable. it has a small kitchen which was useful. it has a smart tv do you can stream your own apps.

The room was not ready at the time designated on Booking.com. The owner accepts check ins until midnight. We were fast asleep after a long day and were woken at 11:45pm by people being checked in. They were all very inconsiderate making a LOT of noise at check in. The new occupants then proceeded to have loud sex in the common area and generally make a racket until 2:00am.

Perfect location, with all the facilities included. We had the entire Pallazo ( 2 deluxe rooms), including a livingroom were you can enjoy time together after a full day visiting the city.

There were no carpets on the floor, our visit was in December ( was really cold over the night) - so you need to have some slippers. It's not related to the comfort of the rooms, but I guess the breakfast can be excluded from the benefits lists , since there is no breakfast.. it's only a voucher to a local bar centrale.. where you will receive 1 croissant and 1 coffee.

The room was better than I expected. Very clean and comfortable. I was really impressed to find intimate wash in the bathroom. Small details that makes a big difference. Totally recommend this place

Place was immaculate clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location just off the scalinata, however it's a bit difficult to carry the luggage if you have a heavy one. Breakfast is served at a small caffè 2 minutes from the hotel. A great value for money

Bar next to room played loud music until late at night, even through noone was there. Had some trouble carrying luggage on the stairs
