After my first stay, I had originally planned to leave, but thanks to Mr. Suleiman, I decided to extend my reservation. He didn’t simply recommend the hotel—he genuinely cared about making our trip unforgettable. He suggested a travel itinerary that perfectly matched our interests, and extending our stay turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our visit to Trabzon. Mr. Suleiman is truly passionate about his work. He goes far beyond the responsibilities of a receptionist. Every recommendation he gave came from experience and a sincere desire to help guests enjoy their holiday. He was always available, smiling, patient, and ready to answer every question with honesty and enthusiasm. Because of his advice, we discovered beautiful places we would have otherwise missed. He didn’t just make our hotel stay comfortable—he made our entire journey more enjoyable and memorable. It is rare to meet someone who treats guests with such dedication and genuine kindness. Thank you once again, Mr. Suleiman. Employees like you are the true reason guests return. My decision to extend my stay was because of your outstanding hospitality, and I have absolutely no regrets. I look forward to staying here again in the future. بعد إقامتي الأولى كنت أنوي المغادرة حسب خطتي، لكن بفضل الأستاذ سليمان قررت تمديد حجزي، وكانت من أفضل القرارات التي اتخذتها في رحلتي إلى طرابزون. الأستاذ سليمان لم يكن مجرد موظف استقبال يروج للفندق، بل كان حريصًا بصدق على أن يجعل رحلتنا تجربة لا تُنسى. اقترح علينا برنامجًا سياحيًا مناسبًا لاهتماماتنا، وكانت نصائحه دقيقة ومفيدة، واكتشفنا أماكن رائعة لم نكن لنزورها لولا توجيهاته. ما يميز سليمان أنه يعمل بشغف كبير ويحب مساعدة الضيوف من قلبه. كان دائم الابتسامة، متعاونًا، صبورًا، ويجيب عن جميع استفساراتنا بكل اهتمام وصدق. شعرت أنه يهتم بنجاح رحلتنا أكثر من اهتمامه ببيع إقامة إضافية في الفندق. بفضله أصبحت رحلتنا أجمل بكثير، ولم تكن إقامتنا المميزة بسبب الفندق فقط، بل بسبب الشخص الذي كان يقف في الاستقبال ويقدم المساعدة بكل حب وإخلاص.

My say was an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it one of the best places I have stayed in Trabzon. First, I would like to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Suleiman, who welcomed us with genuine kindness, a warm smile, and exceptional professionalism. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to assist with any request. His hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests, and he is undoubtedly one of the main reasons why our stay was so enjoyable. The hotel’s location is outstanding. It is conveniently close to the airport while also being only a short distance from the city center. The surrounding area is lively, full of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and everything a traveler may need. Reaching the hotel is very easy, whether by car or taxi, making it a perfect base for exploring Trabzon. The cleanliness deserves special recognition. Every part of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The hotel also offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, allowing us to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The reception team was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations and any questions we had. Overall, everything about this hotel was outstanding: the excellent service, perfect location, exceptional cleanliness, spacious rooms, peaceful environment, and the genuine hospitality of the staff. A special thank you once again to Mr. Suleiman for making our first visit so memorable. Thanks to him and the wonderful team, this certainly won’t be our last stay. I highly recommend North Star Hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon. كانت تجربة رائعة منذ لحظة وصولي. الفندق فاق جميع توقعاتي، وأعتبره من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها في طرابزون.

Big rooms and great location. The suite had everything from a microwave to a washing machine.

The Wi-Fi was out of service when we arrived due to ongoing renovations. Staff need more experience.

على تعاملهم و حسن الاستقبال و خاصتاً ، أ. احمد ما شاء الله عليه اخلاقه مره عاليه هو السبب اللى خلاني احجز مره ثانيه في نفس الفندق

Great view of the runway ,close to all shops,breakfast with view , good breakfast, clean , balcony facing the sea , private parking, nice staff
