SAكذبو علينا جناح عائي طالب من غرفتين لما وصلنا قالو غير متوفر لا ويقولون سوالغاء من عندك وادفع حق غرفه وبنرجع فلوسع بعدين وانا غير مسترد يعني ماكفى مالبى طلبي ناوين يسرقوني بدفع جديد بس جاي مطارمالي خلق للنقاشات اضطريت اقبل بجناح من عرفه واقبل باقل الضررين

TRSASAممتاز جدا اذا كان وقت وصول رحلتك ليلا او وقت مغادرة رحلتك في الصباح الباكر فقربه من المطار ووجود المطاعم ومحلات اجار السيارات ميزة كبيرة الاطلالة وقت الإفطار كانت جميلة جدا تطل على البحر تشاهد طيور النورس ومدرج مطار طرابزون تشاهد فيه اقلاع وهبوط الطائرات من قريب. الغرفة كانت الوانها مريحة ونظيفة . الافطار جيد كان الى 10.30 الاستقبال كان من اخ واخت من سوريا و كانوا بشوشوين جدا ومتعاونين.
1- تصريف مكان الاستحمام الدش كان ضعيف جدا .2- الشطاف كان يهرب الماء لابد من اغلاقه بعد كل استخدام . تم ابلاغ الاستقبال عند الخروج لتفادي العيوب.

DEZimmer waren sehr schön komfortabel die Lage war auch sehr schön man könnte schnell zum Flughafen
Wir waren drei nicht im Hotel und wurde nicht einmal im Zimmer gereinigt zweitens Frühstück war sehr sehr mager bei mir im Zimmer wurden drei Tage lang keinen Fernseher Empfang gehabt obwohl ich im Rezeption gesagt habe
